The role
Regatta develops, from scratch, a high-end mission-critical, extreme performance transactional and analytical database that brings simplicity alongside powerful features.
We are looking for a Driver Development Engineer and Architect to define and write drivers/connectors that provide access to Regatta for all types of applications.
Everybody at Regatta, regardless of work experience, has full ownership of the product's architecture and design, software development, and quality assurance. In addition to hands-on software engineering work, we highly encourage leadership, communication, teamwork, and cooperation.

Requirements
The ideal candidate profile:
- BSc in Computer Science
- Experience with JDBC/ODBC/Kafka and other database connectors
- Experience working with various database and application environments
- Is both analytical and an executor, works in a systematic and orderly manner
- Fluent in English
- High level of personal drive and ambition
