The role
Regatta develops, from scratch, a high-end mission-critical, extreme performance transactional and analytical database that brings simplicity alongside powerful features.
We are looking for exceptional software engineers with a solid computer science background to define the new technological frontier of large complicated distributed data systems.
Everybody at Regatta, regardless of work experience, has full ownership of the product’s architecture and design, software development, and quality assurance. In addition to hands-on software engineering work, we highly encourage leadership, communication, teamwork, and cooperation.

Requirements
The ideal candidate profile:
- BSc in Computer Science (or higher CS degree)
- Ability to understand, design, and develop complex systems
- Is both analytical and an executor, works in a systematic and orderly manner
- Fluent in English
- High level of personal drive and ambition
