About the role:
We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong SQL and Python skills. The ideal candidate has sharp analytical abilities, loves details, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. Our team develops advanced AI tailored for physicians, delivering medical insights to Primary Care Physicians and patients. You'll leverage healthcare data to improve patient care, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes. Analyze medical data to identify trends and generate visualizations for evidence-based decision-making, thus enhancing the quality of care of our patients and physicians..

What you'll be doing:

  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Conduct data analysis and visualization using tools such as Python, SQL, and Looker to extract insights from complex datasets.
  • Professionally craft and measure product KPIs, provide strategic directions to enhance and explore growth opportunities within existing products.
  • Adherence to Best Practices: Implement best practices for data analysis, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the analytical process.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights that drive decision-making.
  • Presentation Skills: Create visually engaging dashboards and deliver clear conclusions to stakeholders.
  • Integration with Data Infrastructure: Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless integration of data analysis solutions into the overall data infrastructure, optimizing for performance and scalability.
  • Optimization and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data-related issues, optimizing data pipelines and analysis workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.

What we're looking for:

  • B.Sc in Statistics, Computer Science, Biotechnology or alike - a must.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years as a data analyst - a must.
  • Full proficiency in SQL and python for data analysis - a must.
  • Strong capabilities of debugging analysis, data sources and finding gaps
  • Proven experience in building dashboards and KPI analysis
  • Good understanding of statistics and methodologies used in randomized trials.
  • Visualizations capabilities using independent platforms ( e.g. matplotlib, seaborn etc.)
  • Story telling - know how to build a story out of an analysis - end to end - from business needs to KPIs and presentation
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good collaboration and communication with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with medical/ EHR data, and medical terminologies - an advantage
  • Experience working with Looker studio, Mona, GCP - an advantage
