Selector is building an operational intelligence platform for digital infrastructure. By adopting an AI/ML based analytics approach, the platform provides actionable multi-dimensional insights to network, cloud and application operators. It enables operations teams to meet their KPIs through seamless collaboration, search-driven conversational user experience and automated data engineering pipelines.

We are an early-stage startup and looking for software program manager to join us and help drive execution efficiency.

As a Software Program Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of software product initiatives. You'll leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies and the Atlassian product suite (particularly Jira) to ensure our development teams work efficiently and deliver high-quality software on time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive programs and timelines, aligning with company strategy.
  • Break down complex projects into manageable workstreams and user stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, design, and QA to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Lead and facilitate program meetings, maintain clear communication, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement adjustments as needed.
  • Champion the use of Atlassian tools, particularly Jira, to optimize workflows and drive team productivity.
  • Develop and implement program metrics and reporting processes to measure success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field;
  • 3+ years of experience in program management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software product initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • In-depth expertise in Jira administration, configuration, and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with other Atlassian products (Confluence, Trello, etc.) a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
