What you’ll do

  • Own technical success for enterprise integrations: take customers from first POC → production rollout → expansion.

  • Embed with customer engineering teams to integrate detection into their workflows (APIs, batch pipelines, real-time streams, call-center tooling, SIEM/SOC flows, etc.).

  • Use GenAI tools to accelerate integration work: generate/refine sample code, SDK snippets, configs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and customer-facing docs—while validating outputs and protecting sensitive info.

  • Build repeatable “integration kits”: reference architectures, Helm charts / deployment templates, sample apps, and automated test harnesses.

  • Debug issues in real environments: logs, networking constraints, certs, proxies, SSO, and on-prem realities.

  • Partner with product/engineering to turn customer friction into roadmap, and advocate for the highest-leverage fixes.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong GenAI product fluency (top priority): you routinely use GenAI tools to move faster across coding + debugging + docs; you know how to verify correctness, avoid hallucinations, and handle sensitive customer data safely.

  • Mid–Senior+ technical background (software engineer, SRE, solutions engineer, implementation engineer, or similar).

  • Strong in Python and APIs (comfortable writing scripts, small services, and integration glue).

  • Comfortable with Linux, containers, and modern deployment patterns; Kubernetes/on-prem experience is a big plus.

  • Customer-facing presence: calm, structured communicator who can earn trust with technical stakeholders.

  • Entrepreneurial: you can operate with ambiguity and drive outcomes without waiting for perfect requirements.

Bonus

  • Prior experience shipping enterprise integrations (telco/security/fraud/trust & safety domains are extra relevant).

  • Experience building developer enablement: docs, reference implementations, workshops.
