This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join Bitsight’s growing APAC team as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for ASEAN. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business, expanding strategic customer relationships, and accelerating revenue growth across ASEAN markets.

You will work closely with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams - including marketing, sales engineering, and customer success - to position Bitsight’s Cyber Risk Intelligence platform as the trusted standard for understanding, communicating, prioritizing, and mitigating cyber risk. This role reports directly to the General Manager, APAC.

Your success in this role will directly contribute to Bitsight’s revenue growth, regional market expansion, and customer retention across ASEAN.

Location: Singapore

Languages: English fluency required; proficiency in other ASEAN languages is a plus

Job Purpose

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading Bitsight’s growth strategy across the ASEAN region, acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and building strategic partnerships. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring Bitsight delivers consistent revenue growth and deep customer value across the region.


Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Development

  • Drive new logo acquisition across key target accounts and key industries in ASEAN

  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets

  • Build executive-level relationships with CISOs, risk leaders, and key stakeholders

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development Reps, and partners to generate qualified pipeline opportunities

2. Account Growth & Retention

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts with a focus on renewals and expansion

  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer footprint

  • Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to deliver a world-class customer experience

3. Regional Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work closely with channel and alliance partners to accelerate regional go-to-market success

  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver customer outcomes and regional initiatives

  • Represent Bitsight at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements across ASEAN

4. Market & Industry Intelligence

  • Stay informed on cyber risk, threat intelligence, and regulatory trends within the region

  • Use market insights to position Bitsight as a trusted intelligence partner for cybersecurity and risk management leaders

  • Provide feedback to global leadership on regional trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence

5. Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate CRM data for forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking

  • Track sales performance against KPIs, including bookings, renewals, and pipeline coverage

  • Ensure compliance with Bitsight’s commercial policies, contracting standards, and reporting processes



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

  • 5-10+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or risk intelligence solutions

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals

  • Ability to balance long-cycle enterprise opportunities with a consistent flow of smaller, transactional wins to maintain healthy pipeline velocity and bookings

  • Strong consultative selling and executive engagement experience across diverse markets

  • Demonstrated success in building regional pipelines, managing partner ecosystems, and driving enterprise growth

  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and account / territory planning methodologies

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in ASEAN languages is a plus
