Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Director (reporting to the CMO). In this position, you will drive impact by developing comprehensive and data-driven full-funnel growth strategies for net-new and expansion opportunities.

You’re a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in B2C performance and organic growth marketing – and your strategic leadership will be instrumental in propelling our company forward.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide an entire marketing business unit that includes performance, organic growth, inbound & life cycle marketing, social and content managers, with the ability to take projects hands-on when needed.
  • Prioritize, plan, optimize workflows and manage initiatives based on KPIs.
  • Analyze campaigns performance data and KPIs, provide insights and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate and plan quarterly roadmaps with the product and support teams.
  • Lead initiatives together with the product marketing and the design teams.
  • Represent the marketing business unit at bi-weekly and quarterly management meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience leading a marketing group in a global company, with B2C/SMB-related products, with a proven record of managing performance marketing budgets in growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing data and translating results into actionable key takeaways.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a cross functional team.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support.
  • Fluent in English – written and spoken.
  • Passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitude.
